Start the timer.

Translate the sentence out loud into Portuguese.

Stop the timer after translating the last sentence.

Record the elapsed time.
- This recorded time will be your reference time (i.e., your baseline).
- You'll need to beat this reference time in each subsequent exercise.

Repeat the exercise until you can easily and quickly remember all the sentences and complete it in less time than your first attempt.
